Some lessons have a checkbox "Prompt" next to the audio volume control. It means these lessons have a feature called "Prompt card" that makes them more interactive. You can turn the feature on and off during audio playback simply by clicking the checkbox.

You can better organize your study by clicking "Add to my study desk" button to add a courseware to your "Study desk" page.

The exercises on "Study desk" page are automatically generated according to the courseware you have on that page. So they are your customized exercises.
